Position the system
Move the trolley into a suitable painting area and centre the robot for the workpiece.
Define the paint area
Set four corner points or enter coordinates through the touchscreen controller.
Confirm and start
Confirm the selected area before starting. The automatic distance sensor supports control of the spray distance.
How do I choose the size?
Compare your largest workpiece with the maximum object dimensions for Small, Medium and Large. Share its dimensions, shape and painting requirements with M&H Sales before ordering.
What do the 3 kg, 5 kg and 12 kg ratings mean?
These are the robotic arm payload capacities. They are separate from the maximum dimensions of the object being painted and do not specify the object's weight limit.
Is a spray booth included?
No. The spray booth and extraction system are separate. Use an existing suitable painting area, or ask M&H for a separate quotation for a booth and extraction system.
What is the price?
All three sizes are price on request from M&H Sales. Each package includes one spray gun, a mobile trolley, touchscreen controller, installation, commissioning, operator training and a one-year warranty.
