From the 1967 infrared breakthrough to intelligent curing systems.

IRT was founded in Sweden in 1967 and introduced the world's first infrared bodyshop dryer, pairing short-wave infrared lamps with gold-coated reflector technology. More than five decades of development now connect that pioneering idea with IR, UVA, UV-LED, rail-mounted, and automated curing systems for professional refinishing.

    IRT introduced the world's first infrared bodyshop dryer and pioneered the short-wave IR lamp and gold-coated reflector combination.

    IRT helps form Hedson Technologies.

    IRT and Drester joined to create Hedson Technologies, bringing two Swedish workshop-equipment specialists into one group.
