HBC-System describes an automated process for primer, base colour, and clear coat, with one- or two-sided painting, 360-degree wheel rotation, extraction, and built-in UV, infrared, or air-curing options.

Which wheel sizes and utilities should be checked?

The official specifications list 13-22 inch wheels, a 998 x 998 mm footprint, 1790 mm height, 220 V / 16 A power, and a 12-inch touch display. Installation must still be checked against the actual workshop.

How should a workshop evaluate WM600 return on investment?

Use current outsourced painting cost, wheels processed per month, labour time, material use, booth occupancy, rework, training, maintenance, and finance cost. M&H Group does not publish an unsupported universal payback figure.
