THE REPAIR SYSTEM
Position. Inject. Cure.
Position the bridge
A suction-mounted bridge and adjustable legs position the injector over the damage.
Control the resin
The injector combines vacuum and pressure to work resin into the damaged area.
Cure and finish
UV curing completes the resin stage before finishing and inspection. Lamp and kit options are quoted separately where applicable.

¹ Manufacturer figures, dependent on damage, condition and operator skill. Size limits alone do not establish that a windscreen is safe to repair.
Can every chip or crack be repaired?
No. Damage position, depth, contamination and glass condition matter, not just size. A trained technician must assess suitability and follow the system instructions and applicable vehicle requirements. Replacement may be necessary.
What is supplied with my order?
Request article 617 for the D-Pro system. M&H will itemise the current kit, resin quantities, curing equipment and any training or consumables in your quotation. The 4-in-1 kit is a separate product, article 617-4in1.
Does the UV lamp come with the system?
The rechargeable 714-LED is available as a separate accessory. Confirm its inclusion when ordering. Its supplier-rated curing time is 30 seconds or less under the specified conditions, not the time for a complete repair.
