PNEUMATIC LIFTING / BODY & PAINT
In-ground installation
A 3.5-tonne pneumatic vehicle lift for body and paint shops. Compare on-ground and in-ground installations, with workshop planning and quotations from M&H Group.
PLAN YOUR BAY
Choose the floor arrangement first. Both standard versions lift on the wheels and share a 3,500 kg rated capacity.

HLS3513-11

HLS3513-14
Recessed into a prepared pit. Plan the pit, floor structure and services together before construction.
Recessed into a prepared pit. Plan the pit, floor structure and services together before construction.
The 1.15 m lifting travel is not the same measurement as height above the floor. Raised support heights are 1.30 m on-ground and 1.15 m in-ground, as listed in the operating manual.
WORKSHOP REQUIREMENTS
For standard HLS3513-11 and HLS3513-14. Platform dimensions exclude ramps and working clearance. Vehicle suitability also depends on load distribution and geometry, not mass alone.
Share your vehicle types, maximum vehicle mass, wheelbase range, bay dimensions and available compressed air. Add floor or pit drawings if available. M&H will review the installation choice and specify the equipment and options in your quotation.
The standard Pro 3513 shown here supports the vehicle on its wheels. For lifting under the chassis as well, compare the separate Pro 3513 DUO range. Do not assume DUO functionality is included with a standard Pro lift.
Explore Pro 3513 DUO →The manual lists pneumatic lift-height limiting and forced air release as options. Pit frames, gratings and approach arrangements depend on the installation. ATEX certification is a separate order option, not a standard claim for every lift. Ask M&H to specify the exact package for your work area.
A level, load-bearing floor, suitable compressed-air supply and clear space for the raised vehicle and safe access. The lift is intended for covered, dry areas. In-ground installations also need the correct pit design. Follow the operating and assembly manuals; the dimensions here are not a construction plan.
