- Official LanoPro source material from the supplier page for LanoPro Heavy Duty Grease ST2.
- Product tier
- Extreme-load heavy-duty grease route
- Workflow position
- Heavy-duty grease route for open gears, pivot points, heavy mining or dredging equipment, wet corrosive environments, and extreme load carrying needs.
- Choose when
- Choose Heavy Duty Grease ST2 when the customer needs a mineral-base heavy-duty grease for loaded applications where water resistance and EP/AW performance matter.
- Key difference
- Heavy Duty ST2 is the extreme-load grease route. It is stronger and more application-specific than Universal Grease, but not a hydraulic oil or wire-rope-only product.
- Not first when
- Do not lead with Heavy Duty ST2 when the application is normal bearing maintenance, BIO/EAL-only positioning, fifth-wheel format, underbody coating, or hydraulic systems.
- Setup / training check
- Confirm load, speed, water/corrosion exposure, open gear or pivot-point geometry, application method, and whether mineral grease is acceptable.
- Consumables / aftercare
- Set re-greasing interval, inspection points, contamination controls, and whether the shop needs a lighter general-purpose grease for other points.
- Next step
- Use Heavy Duty ST2 for high-load duty; compare Universal Grease HD2 for broader bearing work or EP2 EAL for multipurpose environmental positioning.
