PDR booking & refund policy
These terms cover M&H Group's two-day and five-day in-person PDR courses listed below, including bookings arranged through Facebook Messenger. They apply to new bookings accepting this policy. Existing bookings retain their previously agreed terms.

Prices and VAT

All amounts are in Thai baht (THB) and include VAT. No additional VAT is added to these prices. Any USD equivalents are estimates for reference; payments are collected in THB.
Booking your place
- There is no fixed minimum advance-booking period. Contact M&H Group for the next available training dates.
- Our team checks dates and available seats manually before providing payment instructions.
- An enquiry or payment link alone does not confirm a place. After verifying the required payment, we send written confirmation of the course, date and seat.
- Please read and accept these terms before paying.
Payment options
Without installments
Pay the deposit for your selected course. The remaining balance is due seven calendar days before the course starts. Bookings made seven days or less before the start require full payment.
If a balance is overdue, our team will contact you and review the booking manually. There is no automatic cancellation or forfeiture. Any extension or release of a seat will be communicated in writing.
Planned 0% installment option
Not yet available. Subject to payment-provider approval and activation.
Once approved and activated, eligible customers may finance the full course fee in one transaction over up to ten months, with no separate cash deposit. M&H Group covers the financing fees so the customer's installment interest rate is 0%.
Availability depends on the eligible card, bank, installment term and approval. Shorter terms mean higher monthly payments.
The full course fee is charged in one installment transaction at booking. The seven-day balance deadline does not apply to this option. Repayments follow the customer's card agreement.

Cancellation and refunds

| Seven calendar days or less before training | No standard cash refund. One free transfer to the same course within three months of the original training date. |
| No-show | No cash refund. The same one-time free transfer within three months applies; this is not an additional transfer allowance. |
| M&H cancels or changes the agreed date | Choose a full refund of all course payments or another agreed training date. |
Mandatory consumer rights and any legally required exceptions take precedence.
Date transfers
- One free transfer is available per booking, not per cancellation or missed date.
- The replacement course must take place within three calendar months of the original training date, subject to availability and written confirmation.
- Amounts already paid are credited to the replacement course. Any unpaid tuition remains payable; we will confirm the new payment deadline in writing.
- Rescheduling does not pause bank installment repayments. A date transfer does not restart the refund notice period.
- If M&H Group cannot provide a suitable course within that period, we will agree an alternative in writing, including a refund where we cannot provide a replacement.
Requesting a refund
Email contact@mhgroup.co.th with your name, booking reference and training date.
- Notice periods use Bangkok calendar dates and the time our system receives your written request, not when a staff member reads it.
- Eligible refunds are processed within 14 business days after the refund amount is confirmed and the necessary details have been received, or sooner where required by law. Bank posting time is separate.
- Refunds use the original payment method where supported. If that is not possible, a permitted alternative will be agreed with you.
- For installment payments, the card issuer or bank handles credits and repayment adjustments. Continue following the bank's instructions until any adjustment is confirmed.
- A full refund means the full course amount you paid, without deductions for M&H Group's processing or financing costs.
Additional protection
- Serious illness and unavoidable emergencies are reviewed individually.
- A suitable replacement participant may attend without an administration fee, subject to our prior confirmation.
- These terms do not exclude applicable statutory consumer rights.
- Travel and accommodation are not included. These are in-person training services; no physical shipment is involved.
