Wheel Repair

ASM Aluminium Spraying Machine for diamond-cut wheel repair

M&H Group introduces the ASM aluminium-spraying process for wheel repair, a separate operation from diamond-cut machining.

Wheel Repair

Aluminium spraying within the wheel-repair process

M&H Group's original 25 December update introduces the ASM Aluminium Spraying Machine from HBC-System. The demonstration shows the spraying unit and its role in a diamond-cut wheel repair process.

ASM is an aluminium-spraying system, not a diamond-cut lathe and not a welding machine. Its purpose is to add material as part of a suitable repair process before the required finishing work.

Wheel condition, repair suitability, preparation, and subsequent finishing must be assessed for each job. M&H Group can discuss how the spraying stage fits the workshop's equipment, operator training, and wheel-repair procedures.

01

Aluminium spraying

ASM adds material as part of the repair process.

02

A separate operation

Spraying is distinct from diamond-cut machining.

03

Assess each wheel

Match repair suitability and finishing requirements to the job.

Planning your next step

Discuss the right setup for your workshop

  • Describe wheel condition and your existing repair process.
  • Review repair suitability, surface preparation, and finishing stages.
  • Confirm training and how the equipment fits your workshop.
