M&H Group visited Mercedes-Benz (Thailand) Ltd. to share practical Smart Repair and Refinish technology for modern service-center operations.
The session focused on how localized repair processes can help reduce turnaround time, protect main workshop capacity, and create clearer routes for cosmetic, wheel, and glass repair work.
A key part of the discussion was HBC-System SmartWall, a controlled small-repair paint route designed to support faster spot repair work without sending every job through the main paint booth process.
The team also reviewed wheel repair and windscreen repair opportunities, showing how a structured repair offer can help service centers retain more work, improve customer convenience, and build additional value per vehicle.
